I weighted myself on thursday like i do every week and the scale said id gained 3 or 4 lbs in this past week but im not stressing it for these reasons;
1. Stressing will not help but it will hurt
2. I was very active for me this past couple weeks
3. I dropped a pant size - at least in my waist
4. I was enjoying my wedding and honey moon
5. There is a chance some of it is muscle since I had like none since i barely moved in the last year or so.
6. I have my period - and all us women know the effects of that lil gift.
even if you do fall off the wagon and don't have al the reasons above. Dont beat yourself up over it. just hop back on and try again. because my number one reasons fits every weight loss struggle
