I've been on calorie-count on and off for the past year. I stopped logging in the past two months because I didn't want to admit how bad I was eating. BUT, I've started my diet again yesterday. My calorie goal needs to be 1300, but I don't mind going over it as long as my workouts even me out. So far, so good!!
