freefall moment

Delicious silly moment- hubby and I stumbled on a little children's playground while we were out exploring today.   He instigated swinging and for a moment I was air born and a kid again.  I forgot in that instant all the adult garbage of What If I Crash and Burn on the gravel?  All that came back but for that freefall moment I was free.  I looked up swinging on the Burn Meter and could not find it listed.  Silly folks who designed this- adults need to play.  Yes, I had a naughty lunch.  But only after about half an hour of negotiating a rocky path and then an easier touristy walk in a feral park- more like an hour there.  I had less supper tonight.  Hubby made up a bottle of lemon and chocolate mint water and that sure hit the spot on our way home.  The temps must have been in the 90s.  We bought quarter pounds of cheeses- very pricey- Irish porter ale chedder and malt scotch whiskey for hubby and two sharps for me.  Fine stuff bought only after a long staircase down and then back up.  Folk music in the park before we left town.  Before the drive back, we stopped at a department/grocery store and got in some mild shopping walking.  This has been a grand celebration day- what a difference I have made in this set of bones and what more needs to be done.  Trying to leave the head shrink/stink stuff for another day; the its been 10 years since I've had a dress or skirt on!  About 8 years since I haven't felt like a German peasant.  Today I was grateful for sunshine and a partner to play and explore with.  I was grateful for a car that just performed and then when we got to our driveway, stopped easily and turned off without a cough- beautiful.
