Okay, so I ran out of time last night. The run went longer than I thought (more of a jog/walk) so I didn't have time to do my aerobics. Oh well. I still burned 544 calories according to my polar. That's still a deficit of over 1000 for yesterday.

Now for today:

Breakfast:
-1/2 lender's bagel
-Apple

Mid-morning:
-LA Bar (190 calories) YUM YUM! Tastes like smores!
-15 grapes

Lunch:
-Turkey Burgers (two 2.5oz)
-2 tbsp ketchup
-Lite salt (for potassuim)
-1 slice alpine lace cheese
-1/4 cucumber, sliced
-1 tbsp fat free western dressing

Mid-afternoon
-LA Bar (190 calories)
-15 grapes

Dinner
-Chicken breast w/ Mrs. Dash seasoning
-Steamed cauliflower (1/2 cup)
-1/2 green pepper
-Lite salt
-5 sprays of butter spray

At least this is my plan for today. I also plan to run again for the same amount of time, maybe I will have time for my Turbo Jam tonight...

Just saw your post about your watch.  Does it have a heart monitor as well??  I'm looking to get something like that (if hubby takes a hint well maybe a b-day gift in Sept.).  Would be grateful for any info (including $$).

Thanks!!

BTW, Awesome job with the challenge!!  You should have no problem with hitting it every week!!
