5:36 am - Wow I am tired. I didn't sleep well last night and Logan was up twice! Woke up and my back was sore and I had weird dreams all night. So starting out the day a bit groggy. Im going to have my morning cup of tea, wait for Wes to get home from work and then Ill start getting my butt aroud the house. Im going to play wow for a bit =)
9:10 am - Not so jittery today on the Slimquick. Wes and I have some stuff to do today. We'll see if we get it all done. Logan is napping so Im going to do a load of laundry and send all my stuff from my cell phone to my email cause I am (hopefully) getting a new cell today. I have had mine for 3 years so I get a free one as long as Wes gets his today. :) I love getting new stuff, especially when its free!
5:40 pm - We went to the Verison store and got new phones =) Mine is like the ITouch but made by LG, and it was WAAAYYYY cheaper... and is way cheaper lol. Well anyways so I forgot to take my slimquick. Hey maybe Ill sleep tonight now lol. I am pretty tired. Since we were out and late for lunch we had Burger King and I must say I did pretty well (grilled chicken sandwich and side salad with lite italian). Wes had a burger and fries and a sugary iced tea and Abby had her generic Happy Meal... and I didnt have a single fry or nibble! I thought the iced tea was unsweetened so I had a gulp, but didnt drink any more. I did have a diet pepsi when we got home tho. Which is okay right now. One thing at a time. When I get to a better place with this lifestyle change I'll add on, but I cant just do it all at once right now. Small steps through a long journey. I just has chicken noodle soup while I fed Logan his carrots and I am still like 350 under my cal max, so I am going to have a bag of popcorn later. YAY! i doubt chicken noodle soup will fill me up for the night. We didnt get anything done except for the phone thing done today and I mailed off birthday cards, but geez... so tomorrow I will have to step it up.
