So I am back on the band wagon again, but this time I am starting out succesful. I have heard that it only takes 3 weeks to make something a habit... Well I am on week three of calorie counting. With just counting calories for the last two weeks and not really working out, I have managed to lose 12 lbs in 2 weeks. I used to drink at least 64 to 120 oz of diet coke a day, I am down to one can maybe a day. I have replaced that with water.. and my new best friend... Lipton green tea to go.. they have great flavors and two of them have caffeine in them.  I really feel that I am on my way....
