I have been pretty good so far at controlling what I eat. This past Friday, I baked for a friends's potluck party. I needed some chocolate to glaze the pastries so I bought some chips to make the sauce. Only problem is I only needed a cup so there was still 2 cups left when I was done. I told myself yesterday that you can just have a little bit, you don't need to deprive yourself. As soon as I had a bit of chocolate, it was as if I lost my mind. I ended up eating the entire bag of leftover chocolate chips.
Boy, was it yummy and now I am very tired from all the sugar. Lesson learned: I cannot bring chocolate into the house unless it's one small square. Obviously, there are things I still need to control. On the upside, because I watched everything else I ate this week, I lost 3 pounds. YES!!!! I guess thisw should keep me motivated for a while longer.

So you can keep track of what you eat - which enables you to analyze your foods and receive the following:
