Wow Its been awhile! Last Journal entry was when i was 13 weeks pregnant. And now My sweet Daughter is almost 5 mo old.
I just have a few lbs to lose. 3-5 I am already back to my pre-pregnancy weight :) I hit that when she was 3 mo. I just want to lose alittle more and work on toning!
Today ive eatten too much.
Over my 1200 cals. I didnt add them up though So im not sure how much.
Workout tonight will be 120 Jumping jacks and 200 various types of crunches.
Really need to work on toning this tummy back up.
Tomorrow's goals-
- Drink 8 glasses of water - Havent been to great with this.
- Go to the Gym - Havent been there in a long time.
- Add 50 more various types of crunches to my little tummy workout.
- Count cals and keep them between 1200-1400
