Entry Rain rain go away, come again another day
Jul 04 2009 13:11

For the 16th day in a row, rain. no joke. Every single day on the radio it's "chance of showers, thundershowers". And it's getting a little tiring.

I just had a white flesh peach, and boy, was it yummm!

Today is my workday, so I'll be away over suppertime which is a real shame because I would've made corn on the cob and asparagus and cheese cannelloni. And some sort of meat something.

Strangely enough, I don't have much to say.

FMI

Breakfast- oatmeal/milk (200), a few leftover potato slices (50)

lunch- PB sammie (200), granola bar (140), peach (80), crackers (125)

Total intake so far, 795. Cals burned through picking, 478. RMR (1522) + 478= 2000, - 500 deficit= 1500- 795= 706 calories to eat for the rest of the day.

Strangely, I don't have much to say either. I suppose I had better confess. The truth will come out sometime. So here it is............I had more than one light beer. I had four NON light beers. And four more NON light beers today. Plus cake.

don't sweat it lu. The great thing about getting drunk (if you did) is that all of that stumbling around probably burns more cals than if you walked a straight path from point A to point B!
