THIS WILL BE MY FIRST JOURNAL ENTRY.  I REALIZED THAT I NEED TO DO THIS BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT FOR 2 YEARS NOW AND IM RIGHT BACK IN THE SAME SPOT I WAS IN WHEN I STARTED.  HOPEFULLY KEEPING A RECORD OF NOT ONLY MY FOODS BUT MY THOUGHTS WILL HELP ME ACHEIVE MY GOALS THIS TIME. 

SO THIS IS MY FRESH START MONDAY.  IM TRYING IT AGAIN.  IF I CAN GET OVER MY URGE TO EAT AT NIGHT - THAT WOULD BE MORE THAN HALF THE BATTLE.
