Helloooooo.
I got my results back and had my last 8am start. 4 distinctions, 5 credits and top in 6 of my 8 exams for the whole course. So although my perfectionist personality is coming through, i realised I should still be so proud.
Caught the train home at 10am, threw my gym stuff on and off i went. Had an awesome workout at the gym today. 30min on the stationary bike and 30min hiit. Burnt about 500 calories. Ok so when i say awesome, i mean i managed to last an hour but seriously, it is possibly i am just not a gym person? I struggle to last an hour at the gym and i take my ipod and book but i still get bored. I only use the treadmill and stationary bike, the only other thing is the elliptical and I just die on it. I don't do weights. The reason being I go home in 4 ish weeks so no point starting a weights routine then having to quit for 6 weeks.
Breakfast today was a fibre bar, apple and some cruskits.
Lunch was fish strips, veggies and watermelon
Afternoon snack was yoghurt, granola and a pear
Dinner was a tuna and vegetable stir fry
Night snack included some wonka nerds and a yoghurt
I am pretty full now. I had an 800 cal deficit today so i am thinking of having a break from exercise tomorrow and using those extra 300 calories. Do you think this is a good idea or should I just have a bigger deficit?
Tomorrow i am staying at the library to help my friend fix up her ethics report and then i will probably just watch another episode of One Tree Hill. I am hooked but am only half way through season one ha ha.
