DUMBFOUNDED - Calorie calculations! HELP!!!!

Has anyone here actually done the math about how many calories they need to burn everyday to lose 1kilo a week??? I worked out the basics but its crazy!!!!! At my current weight its estimated my metabolism burns 5013 calories a day with normal activity, To burn 1 kilogram I need to burn 7709 calories so 5013 - 7709 = 2696 calories i need to burn if i want to lose 1 kilo a week. Dividing this by 7 days i need to burn 386 calories daily that doesn't seem like much right? but i have not even factored in my 1500 calorie a day diet. It just seems like such a big deal to lose 1 kilo and almost seems not worth it. Am i right? with the calculations anyway if anyone has any idea or can somehow restore my confidence it the weightloss system that would be awesome!!!!

Facing up

Well i've gone back to the gym! I am really happy about that. I looked up my weight and have put 8 kilo's on so i need to get that off and i know i can, i want to back where i was 3 months ago and then head to my next goal. I have realised what these past few months have done to my fitness i can do up to an hour on a strider and today could only last 30min because my chest is feeling heavy and i do classes and stuff bt they havnt been running so not helping but oh well its just het on the horse and knuckle down, when i return home though i will probably begin 2 worouts a day to make up for it a bit my workout and a extra class to get my fitness back at least.

in total though now ive lost 20 kg i put the wrong weight in im off by like 2 kg on my account settings lol
