Ok
So day one. I'm trialling htis becuase I am a little obsessive and like to look at the packets of food, and want to knwo how much I eat, to maintain my weight on the eating side, and hopefully my increase of exercise should make my fat dissapear.
I'm not too into weight, although I read my weight shoudl be around 58kg, so I aim to be that. Moreso so I don't kill my boyf who weighs less than me! I know it says I'm meant to lose 7kg in like 3 months (ha!) but that's just a test. See I eat a whole swag of junk food, esp. chocolate, so I'm going to try and limit that. I just want to look and feel good.
Dinner last night was a bit of a blow out. But I'll prolyl get that here. I dont have the choice of what I eat, other than from a pick of about 5 meals (including some grossness) and everything is fried or covered in gravy. Dorm living hta tI can avoid. Gotta love it, huh? Well, it was 'calorific' but godamn it was tasty and I'm not hungry now. I jsut wish I had a bit mroe control of weekday food. I dont really like cheese, and it was covered in it. *sigh* But already my diet has improved. LImited chocolate (yes, that's limited) and sammo for lunch. :)
I'm happy and i LOOVEEE this website. I jsut wish more aussie users came on so we could add foods we both eat. People look at me weird as I scan the nutritional info.
