Ok.
Going to try and write a little every day.
THINGS I'M PROUD OF TODAY
* Almost eating that chocolate [got it to my lips] but then not giving in!
* Not eating in History
* Keeping this my low "zig-zag" day
* Keeping salt under 1200 mg
* Keeping fat under 30 g
* Keeping my "A" grade
* Not eating at mess - bar snacks.
THINGS I"M NOT PROUD OF
* Eating fast
*BOycotting the GYm
* Eat past the feeling of full
* Scared my metabolism is slowed down
* Eating under 1200
* Not reaching 50 g protein.
* Not reaching 25 g fibre
Plan for tomorrow:
Eat 1300 cal
Plan for Sunday
Eat 1400 cal
Then Monday back to 1200. Then tues 1500, wed 1200 - let's get hte zig zag going!
I'll add the extra cal with - PB on apple OR PB sammo for dinner
- Skim milk with dinner
- Protein for dinner
- Fiberous snacking
