I did three rounds this morning. I was going to try for four, but I just couldn't. Tomorrow I have school early, and all day, but I am going to try and get some regular walking in between classes (I have 1,5 hours though I need to eat lunch also) and after school also, depending on the weather.
On Wednesday the plan is to do three (four, if I can) and then the same idea with the regular walking and doing the program after school again on Thursday. Friday is a completely free day, so I'll be doing it in the morning, same as Saturday and Sunday.
Even if I only do three per day (save Tuesday/Thursday, which I will allow myself not to do any on, if it comes to that) it will really help and given also that I've begun to eat healthier again, I should hopefully start to see results soon enough.
I think that if I am able to keep this up, regardless of if I'm able to walk outside a lot regularly as I have in the past (due now to the cold) then I am very well on my way to reaching my New Years Goal Weight.
And if I can do that, well, then I have no doubt that I'll be able to reach my Ultimate Goal Weight by next summer.
