This morning was rather a surprise. Since I gained some more binge weight, I was up to 221.5 again and I'm not really sure how. I think it was from a four piece nugget at Burger King. I really just have to give up fast food. But over the past couple of days I've been going to the gym and introducing some light weight training to build muscle. It feels so good when I work out. I love it.

Yesterday, weighing in at 221, even though I felt like s*** and had a nervous breakdown over stress earlier in the day, my mom convinced me to go to the gym before I began my obsessive cleaning of my dorm. I felt better after going and got a lot more done than I thought I would.

This morning? Wake up, morning routine, hop on scale....218.5. If my math is not bogus, which it usually is, that's 2.5 lbs in one day. I'm not complaining!

Today has been a good day so far. I worked out for 45 minutes and got through the entire workout, a first for me! Now I have to take the hour-long drive back to G-vegas and get to work at 1. Hopefully I won't mess up there and can get a salad when I get off at 6.

I have gained back all the weight I lost today weighing in at 223.5. I felt like crying when I saw the scale but it motivated me to go back to what I was doing. I'm at work now on break and I'm eating a salad and a fruit smoothie with no added sugar (Naked Juice). I had my usual ensure for breakfast and when I get off work at 3pm I'm going to go do my Turbo Jam Turbo Sculpt and probably the 20 Minute workout too. I need to build more muscle but the local gym closed until Fall 2008 so I'm going to have to rely on Turbo Sculpt and calisthenics until then. If I can get back to 218 by Sunday I'll be really happy and then I'll aim to lose four pounds next week to get back on schedule. I have to lose 50 lbs by the end of September. I just have to.

Quick Stop before I go to work. I'll probably be late anyway. I'm having a bad problem being late to work the past couple of days. They'll forgive me. Anyway, I had some bad emotional eating yesterday including a cinnamon roll and an ice cream sandwich. Neither was good enough for me to lose my weight loss and I'm going to work extra hard today to eat just right. I feel so much better these past few days since I've been losing weight and I think its even helping my acne.

Big Psychology Test today. At least i'm burnign 260 calories sitting here studying. Ugh. Found a group on the forum that I really think will help me stay motivated if they don't kick me out for being under twenty(lol). I haven't eaten well the past couple of days. Saturday had a hard day at work and drove home for wings. They were so good but couldn't be good for me especially when we sat down and watched movie afterward. I could feel my metabolism slowing. Today I'm really going to focus on staying within my calorie allowance as well as eating more nutrient-dense foods. The only way I think I can get veggies in my diet is a veggie-rich salad though I might take the bus to wal-mart and get some more of those steam fresh veggies. Those things are real life-savers in a dorm setting.

220lbs...3 lbs down and 90 to go.

Okay. Today's the big day when I start my new diet head on. My goal is 1500-1600 calories per day allowing myself that 100 calorie marker instead of a set number since I am such a perfectionist. This calorie counter is really going to help since I couldn't stand writing everything down. Here we go!
