I have gained back all the weight I lost today weighing in at 223.5. I felt like crying when I saw the scale but it motivated me to go back to what I was doing. I'm at work now on break and I'm eating a salad and a fruit smoothie with no added sugar (Naked Juice). I had my usual ensure for breakfast and when I get off work at 3pm I'm going to go do my Turbo Jam Turbo Sculpt and probably the 20 Minute workout too. I need to build more muscle but the local gym closed until Fall 2008 so I'm going to have to rely on Turbo Sculpt and calisthenics until then. If I can get back to 218 by Sunday I'll be really happy and then I'll aim to lose four pounds next week to get back on schedule. I have to lose 50 lbs by the end of September. I just have to.
Hey! Working out together sounds great. What's your schedule like? I work mon-fri 8-5, 1 hour lunch from 12-1pm. I live working out in the evenings when I get home from work, before I make dinner...sometimes after dinner if I feel the need that I didn't work out hard enough earlier. I did about 15 push ups and 30 sit ups last night and I'm pretty sore today in my shoulders...I think I should have eased into the push ups. I'm fine with the sit ups, but my lower back where my torn disc is, is killing me!!! It feels like it's bruised there, all tender and stuff, but no bruise is showing. Don't stress too much about gaining that weight back, you'll lose it! We can do this, we can work together and do this!! |
