They say if you do anything for 21 days it becomes a habit. I sure hope so. I had to go to Harris Teeter to pick up my Kashi cereal. It keeps my body doing what it should.
I made spaghetti last night with ground turkey breast. It was ok... mostly yummy but would have been 10X better with ground beef, oh well.
My treadmill run was much better. It took me a while and a few breaks to get into the flow. I like running outside much better.
