I left work around 3pm yesterday I was tired and didn't feel like working, running, or fighting ruch hour traffic.
I ate chips, cookies, chocolate and 1/3 of an ice cream sand yesterday...wowsers!
Anywho I woke this morning and did 20 minutes of a strength video and 20 mins of pilates. I will do a run tomorrow am
