this morning I did a kick ass workout on tv....WOWSERS!
Afterward I ate a belguim waffle, 2oz Roast beef; scramble eggs, activia, Kashi cereal, milk, 1 pork rib with BBQ sauce and a forkful of collard greens. I took a long nap then ate a fish and cheese sand from a local carryout and an ice cream sandwhich.
I've been trying to eat the kashi and activia together to keep me regular and I think it's helping.
I ate too much today and I didn't feel like logging my food in the journal thing it's too much effort for me today.
