People are starting to notice my weight lose and commenting. Finding that it's a real motivation booster and feel that I am well on my way to actually being to reach my goal of 140 lbs. My clothes are getting to be loose but for myself still feel the same and to myself don't really see the 26 lbs lose as how others see it to be a bigger change. My BMI has dropped to 35.2 which is still severely overweight. My goal of dropping under 200 has been acheived and was an elation when I saw the scale read in the 100's. I haven't been under 200 pounds, I don't think for at least 10 years. My clothing size has dropped from 18 down to a 15-16. Yippee! My next small goal is to be a size 13-14 by xmas time. I know I can do it but it just takes time and persistance of keeping up w/ my exercise routine and sticking to my healthy diet. I have been able to keep eating junk food at bay but still allow a few treats once and awhile.
