Eurgh. This week was not in my favor.
From binging on leftover Halloween candy, to the other extreme eating under 800 cal. for four days from flu symptoms and my bottom left wisdom tooth swelling up (again), I...
Well, I probably lost as much as I gained.
Back to square one.
Sigh.
I'm still quite sick- actually, I can't tell, since the pain in my tooth is so intense. My own fault for not getting it removed, right? I went to urgent care today, and the Dr. flat out told me she couldn't do anything. She didn't even look at my throat. Just told me to buy cold medicine Jesus. Is it that easy to be a Doctor?
An oral surgeon, for this tooth. My pediatrician, so someone can actually tell me why I've been sick for five days without improvement. My optometrist on Monday. I am so sick of Doctors.
Then why am I talking about them? I think health is a lot more than counting calories. Health is taking care of your teeth, and your eyes, and your fever; not just weighing yourself. I don't want to be skinny. I want to be healthy. Fuck a size 2, I want to stop wheezing at the top of the stairs!
So, week one was a disaster and I can't weigh myself at the gym because there is no way I'm going to the gym with flu symptoms.
Well. Here comes week 2.
