Currently I am trying the 5 meals a day approach, and I am suprised with how full it keeps me feeling all day.  I have gone over my 1700 calorie limit for the last two days, but was still at least 500 under my maintenance level.

Although I have gone over my limit, I still feel confident that this is something I can do and only need a little time to adjust to my new eating schedule.

Can't wait to do my weigh-in next week to see what progress I've made :D

I have been a memeber on here for awhile and I find that its easier to stick to a diet like that when you have someone doing the same thing. It's honestly the only thing that helped me lose weight. About 2 years ago I weighed 200 and the 5 meals a day worked for me big time since now I'm almost to my goal of 125. I would suggest eating nuts if anything. It helps you stay full and may prevent you from going over your 1700 day restriction. I wish you the best of luck!
