Day 4 of using caloriecount.about.com!
Going by what I put in as my weight when I first started, I haven't lost anything. However, I'm pretty confident that I was around 228, but I only put 225. My fault I guess, but the good news is that I actually am 225 now :D
Had my heartrate around 145 for about 30minutes this morning, so I'm feeling pretty pumped while I eat me some oatmeal. Today should be a pretty good day, especially since Wed. is a holiday.
But anywho, guess I should get something done...
