Buggyhair's Smoky & Spicy Bbq Rub Recipe

Makes 7 servings

Excellent on all meats.

Ingredients

460 grams brown sugar 100 grams sugar 10 grams ground black pepper 10 grams ground ginger 20 grams garlic powder 10 grams onion powder 10 grams mustard powder 15 grams crushed/dried chili pepper 25 grams chili powder 5 grams paprika 5 grams ground oregano 5 grams thyme 5 grams cumin 15 grams salt 5 grams ground sage

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Store in an air tight container.

I just spotted this, I'm so going to give this recipe to my mom to try. She loves to experiment and try out new BBQ sauces, and I'm pretty sure she has all of this lying around her house. :D
