I just went and weighed for the first time in a long time. I am definitely the type of person that needs to keep weighing in weekly or daily without that reminder I apparently get out of control. I will try to track myself better and I am watching what I eat and starting to exercise more consistently. When I think about it I should be losing weight but oh well I will keep up the fight.
Goals: Drink more water, keep walking 3 miles/day, watch what I eat (salads for lunch). It would be helpful if I could eat supper before 9p.m.!!! I believe that is my main problem with not being successful at losing the weight.
That sounds pretty late for dinner. If I wait past 7, I start to eat everything in sight! |
