			<title>Last Measurements of December</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;The weather here in Central New York has been crappy for the past couple weeks. But in the brief moments when it hasn't been snowing or raining, I've been making it out for walks. I walked Maddie three times this week, and am hoping to get out again tomorrow afternoon if the weather permits it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Christmas went pretty well. I got money from all my extended family and parents, who also gave me a few small gifts. I have a new, nice microwave. And a whole bunch of socks. A couple books I've been wanting. And a game called &quot;Dog Island&quot; for the PS2.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;With the money I got for Xmas, I am going to buy myself a nice scale so that I can start doing weigh ins again. I also think I am going to go out to Olive Garden with my friends when they're back from their various family trips for college break. Then the rest will go straight into savings for the move to Chicago next summer.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>I HAVE to get back into the swing of things</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I haven't counted calories in about a month. And I haven't gone for a run in even longer. I HAVE to get back into the swing of things before I gain the 25# I already lost back. I think I may have already gained more than a few, as some pants I rencently shrank in to have started to fit tightly again..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Since I have no plans for this afternoon, and am slightly pumped up from chugging a cup of coffee at 12:30PM, I think I'm going to go for a run after I finish this measurement. Then I'll come home, shower, and work on cleaning the house. At 7PM I'm going to my Dad's house to decorate the Xmas tree. Fun fun!&lt;/p&gt;

My dog, Maddie, didn't seem to be handling running in the cold very well either; once we started walking she was weezing with every step. 			<title>Broke my scale (weekly weigh in)</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I broke my scale. I guess I stepped on it too hard. It cracked in the middle and went sliding on the hardwood floor. I fell. It HURT.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And now I can't get one set reading out of it. Guess I'm gonna have to add a new (nice) scale to my xmas list.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In other news, it's 4:40AM. I'm about to leave for work. Having some majoring cramp issues due to TTOM. I reeeeally hope my periods just go away once I get my Mirena placed. I hate TTOM.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am going to assume that my measurements are higher than the last time I took them due to bloating and water gain. I'm willing to bet I weigh 3-5 pounds more than I did on Thursday too. I gather that I gain a very large amount of weight around my period. It's depressiong.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Gonna have to watch my sodium intake to keep the water gain to a minimum..&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I'm FINALLY better. After nearly three weeks of sickness, I'm feeling good and am ready to get back at it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am extremely concerned about stepping on the scale again tomorrow morning. I &lt;u&gt;feel&lt;/u&gt; like I've gained weight in these past three weeks. Hopefully it'll only be a few pounds...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I need to get my myself in the mindset of moderation again now, in preparation for a large Thanksgiving feast with my dad's family tomorrow.&lt;/p&gt;
