I never know what to expect the day after a long run day. Sometimes my body retains water and I'm heavier. Sometimes I'm lighter because it shakes up my body's routine.
126.6 this morning. Wow.
I didn't get my run in, but I will this afternoon (it will be warmer then anyway). I'm running with a friend tomorrow, so hopefully I will make it up to 30-32 miles this week. I still can't believe that I saw 126.6!
I didn't eat as much as I should have yesterday because of being busy, so I anticipate being hungrier than I'd expect today. Making peanut butter shrimp stir fry tonight. Mmmmmm.
