I was up early so I figured I might as well run long.  20 miles this week so far!  I was 126 today, a pound from my first goal of 125.  It's weird knowing that I am only 11 pounds for the very lowest weight I think it would be good to be (and I'm not sure I should even go that low).  I'm really excited that my body has decided to lose weight!
My breast infection is gone.  Hurray!
If I actually do all of this activity today I will probably be burning over 3000 calories with nursing and stuff... I need to remember to eat enough.

Goals

Run 10 miles (1:29)

Don't binge

8-10 cups water

2000+ calories

honestly I don't think you should go that low, 11 pounds is a ton of weight for your frame!  How tall are you?

I'm 5'6".  I don't think I need to lose any weight right now.  In fact, any more and I will need new clothes.  The reason I'd go that low would be if it helped (in conjuction with speedwork) to get me to run faster times.  There seems to be a connection there... Runner's world has done some stuff on it and I found another article last week that talks about female runner's body weight and performance.  So I don't know... I guess I'm just taking it a little at a time.  When I hit 125 I'll evaluate how my running is feeling and go from there.  I'm not going for skinny and exhausted but I totally want as thin as possible for the maximum speed my body is capable of.  That might be just a matter of trial and error though!
