So I went over to Patrick's house last night right after work Innocent We put in a movie, Casino Royale (Newer James Bond movie) but I cannot tell you what exactly happened during it. hehe. I stayed there until like 2 am, I probably would've spent the night there if I didn't think my parents would have a fit about it. lol.  We were already falling asleep together and very comfortable doing so.  Alls we did was make out and cuddle so parents would've had nothing to worry about, but they are ultra conservative and I would've had an earful, even if I am 23 years old.  I like having a roof above my head and food in my belly so I'm gonna try to keep the peace around here. 

Scale said 141 this morning.  I definitely ate enough calories yesterday thanks to pizza at Patricks.  I was gonna be low for the day but that definitely brought me back up to probably around 1700, which is a good amount since I ran a pretty good distance yesterday.  I'm gonna stop counting calories since I pretty much know when I'm having a low day, I just wanted to see how much I was actually getting and where I need improvements.

Work today 9am-2pm.  Definitely gonna need all the caffeine I can muster up since I only got around 4-5 hours of sleep but I'm not gonna complain about that.   Maybe I should bring workout clothes with me to work and go to the Y afterwards?? hmmm I'll do that, but I might wait til tonight if I'm not feeling it. My mom told me to bring in those chocolates to work because she keeps snacking on them.  So I'm gonna be a nice daughter and do that.  She says she's lost about 10 lbs so I'm hoping she keeps at it and I'll try and help her out.

I have no real plans yet today, besides work and hopefully a work-out. I might tan too after work/work-out...that requires basically no energy to do.

  • 7:10am-9am: COFFEE
  • 8am: 1 cup kashi golean crunch, 1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 a banana, handful of blueberries
  • 12: turkey sandwich (light wheat. 2 slices tukey, 1 slice swiss, honey dijon) and a 16 oz lo-carb monster
  • 3:30pm: 1 c. kashi golean crunch, 6 oz nonfat organic yogurt

Workout: did 25 on elliptical, abs, some arm and leg weights
