Scale says 136 today. Hope it stays down :D
Had some Tim's broccoli soup and a bun for lunch, a delicious 300 calories well-spent, and a 90 calorie Pringles cracker stick pack for a snack.
Have to save some calories cause Thursday is supper at the grad club night, with beer. And I would *really* love to meet last week's weight goal (137) at this week's weigh in on Saturday morning. Staying down at 136 would be even better!
Anyway.. gotta go do some work. Have a good day everyone :)
