			<title>How much do you gain around your period?</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Okay, so yesterday I weighed 128.4lbs and then this morning I woke up and I weighed 129.8 and I ate the normal amount that I usually eat and everything. 			<title>Workouts to get ride of those &quot;love handles&quot;?</title>

&lt;p&gt;I'm 5&quot;5' and weight 128 pounds.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You can see my muscles in my calfs and thighs when I walk, and my
arms have barely any fat. My problem spot is my lower back also refered
to as &quot;love handles.&quot; I really want to get rid of them and hit the goal
of 120-125 by June.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Does anyone know any good workouts for those &quot;love handles&quot;?&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>My period</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Well, I have been on the pill for 3 months now, and each month my period starts a week early and then lasts for two.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I pretty sure I need a stronger prescription?&lt;/p&gt;
