Well - this weekend was pretty good. I just started this on Saturday - and I got an A- on Saturday and a C+ on Sunday. I decided Sundays would be my "more free" day. I don't want to make it a total binge day - just a little more free. I made pumpkin cookies and had 4. But the rest of the day was pretty good.
Goals for this week:
3 Full body weight sessions
6 workouts
Every day A or B
Be more focused with work (Working at home lately has been a little unfocused) I seem to do pretty well Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. But then things start falling apart on Thursday and Friday. My goal this week is to keep it together to the end.
