So yesterday was a FAIL. I stopped at DQ cuz I realized that Wendy's is now REALLY out of my way. Which meant that I went over on calories. I had to stop somewhere there cuz I didn't have time to cook. I had an appt with my client for school at 530 but then she didn't show. About 6 I gave up on her and started working on my presentation for tonight. Finished that about 8:30, so I just went to bed.
Tonight I have class so I'll pry stop at Subway on my way home. But with my plan for today I should end up at 1400 cals or so. That'll be good. I'll get home about 7:30, chill out and play with kitties for an hour or so and then head to bed. During class tonight I need to email my client and find out what happened last night and see when she would like to reschedule...
Tomorrow night I will head straight home. I think I'll make tacos using turkey burger. But before that I will spend some time on the treadmill and do my pilates. I think I'm going to try to workout Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Tomorrow I also need to finish my menu and make my shopping list so I can go grocery shopping this weekend. I'll pry also pay bills (payday is Friday) and balance my accounts.
