I made it to the gym today but not early in the morning although I heard my alarm clock ring. Its not good to have my ipod in the bed with me but I bought this charger thingy and I can dock it and still play things using speakers. That will allow me to have the music without being tempted to use the games.
My siddur arrived yesterday. That made me really happy.
And I've hit 200lbs. I don't know how I honestly haven't been eating that well over the last few days and I missed three days of gym in a row. Or perhaps that's why I lost the weight.
I found this app that shows a virtual you at different weights. Its pretty cool. And I just got the premium version coz its only $.99 I cannot believe that I lost 3lbs seemingly overnight and its nice that I didn't have to starve myself to do it. Perhaps I had overdone it with the calorie cutting.
Its a good thing that I've been trying to fix this sleep situation. I'm going through the same thing I had to with food and alcohol to identify the things that kept getting in the way of my success. So I need to just keep hanging in there. I took my medication and it was early in the day so I am sure it won't get in the way of my sleeping. I'm learning new things about practicing sleep hygiene instead of being angry with myself for not getting up on time. I'm getting there, slowly but surely.
