Not bad! Goal is 1500 calories per day and I consumed every single one of them.....PLUS ONE (really....it computed to 1501 cals). I rode my bike for 26 miles in 1.5 hours and the HRM says 500 calories burned. So all in all, (except perhaps the cocktail, but hey...I stopped after 1) a good day. Now I just have to make 13870 more days of good choices.
