ARGH...
I have no idea what im doing wrong...
I eat like 1200 calories a day... broken into several small snacks...
today i had eggbeaters with onions, red peppers, and spinach with a little salt and pepper prepared in a pan with Pam with an multigrain english muffin (total cal - 215) @ 9am; protein shake (120 cal) @ 10:30; chicken noodle soup & turkey sandwich (360 cal) @ 12:30, elliptical for 30 min with 5 min cool down (-450 cal), protein shake @ 3:15 (120 cal), and tonight i plan to work out (~800-1000 cal) and eat tilapia (80 cal) or some special K (120 cal).
I was losing so much more weight when i was eating less and working out less and i've kept it off. But everyone on CC has been saying that you have to keep your calorie intake above 1200. and since then i've gained like 3lbs.
am i doing something wrong here???
I love doing the elliptical and i keep increasing the intensity level. I also do the stairmaster and walk but less frequently than the elliptical.
I'm just so frustrated!!!!!
im not going to lie to you, keeping my food intake below 1000 a day helps me lose weight AND keep it off so much more effectively. i know anyone will tell you its unheathly but its the only way thats ever worked for me. you are eating really well so keep that up! dont eat after 6, if you do NO carbs, and get lots of sleep. also drink insane amounts of water, im on 4 litres a day on average. it helps your digestion, your skin and you body in general. keep it up you can lose the weight!!! xxx |
