So ive always told myself that i want to like my weight anytime of the day.  So iweighed myself tonight and i was 170.5.  Im hoping by next week ill be liking my night time weight :)  a mini goal!

I got on the scale today.. I was nervous to see 173 again after this weekend.  I waited til today to make sure i wasnt retaining water.  So, i stepped on the scale and it said 167.8.  Im really excited i think i really am out of the 170's.

These are my goals-

163-  Buy new outfit with my victoria secret gift card!

158-  New shoes!

153-  Massage

148- Facial

140- New wardrobe-- I'll need it!  

Im hoping to be in the low 150's by the summer.  For the weddings.

By my brithday October 20th.  I want to be at my goal.

i think my goals are reasonable and with the rewards i stay focused.  

Also. I came up with a new program.  Im doing 30 mins of working out for now.  Just 30 mins.  I find that doing 30mins makes me know its ok to go everyday because its only 30mins.  I try not to let my self do more then that because i dont wat to be sore the next day.  maybe at 160 ill have to add ten minutes just to keep losing weight.  Im also trying to combine weights as well.  

Too stay on my diet everyday this is what im doing.  I look at calories thats all that works for me.  I cant count or follow a strict thing.  I eat healthy and stay with in calories.  Everyday I keep my calories low so i have enough for a treat at night.

I eat a weight watchers ice cream every night now.  They have these cookie dough sundaes! amazing.  also the novelty ice creams are soo good as well.

Its a little chocolate and treat for me to keep going and not to cheat.  and its all realistic for me to continue on.

Well thats whats working for me!

Entry weekends are so hard!

Hi!!

So i was awful this weekend.  We ahd company and yea did not eat anything healthy friday or saturday.  But is monday-- new day.  back on the horse!  im going to work out.  and i need to get to reading and doing some work for a day.  in my apt building right now...they are banging on the ceiling and the walls!!! ugh---

So i had another appointment with my thyroid doctor.  The new upped meds is really working.  I have energy, im able to l ose weight, and feel almost normal.  Sometimes I feel like i have too much energy, like almost jittery.  But anywyas  he showed me my blood work that made all of these changes possible.

 

So my new doctor told me that the best time to get my blood work done is first thing i nthe morning and before you ate anything.  No one ever told me this before.

Anyways so my blood work showed my tsh levels like around 14 and they were supposed to be 2.  And,  he also testes some enzyme or something ( not very scientific)  Anyways it tests to see how active your hashimotos is.  Mine was like 341 and the levels should not be over 34.  After this conversation i understood why he had me increase my medicine.

i am getting blood work again next week to see how my levels are doing.  i have been doing really well with taking my thyroid.  So we will see.  I think after this he'll bring the medicine back down to 200.

Anyways Im happy this guy knows what hes talking about!

I think im below 170!!

I weighed in at 168 today!! TTOM is coming up so im just going to keep working out!  stay focused......

Im excited tho-- my new thyroid meds i think are finally working!

Hi!!

So Christmas is over... it goes by sooooo fast!!! Tomorrow off to the bfs for new years weekend.  So far i dont think ive gained weight and i have been really watching. Yes i ate cookies and some candy but it is christmas right?  my fam has been reading the zone book.  which basically kind of makes sure u get ur veggies in and everything else is proportion.  its been a good way for me too evaluate my plate.  When i go home post new years im going to weigh myself and refocus.  walking and working out before net semester starts!!  

 

Here's to hopping this year is the year we all get back on track.

I'll be back on here on Wednesday!

So i went out last night-----   had a few drinks and ba type foods.. but during the day i was really good.  and my bf gave me a juicer for christmas. so im excited.  hopefullyt his will help me get more veggies into my diet.

So i looked up deficit on a website....  basically it said i need 2200 calories to maintain... so if i eat  500- 1000 less then that i will lose 1-2 pounds a week.  sounds good to me.. so im going to aim to havea  deficit of at least 500 everyday!!  

Fly home tomorrow!  bringing the comp so i can track.  i have to prepare.. tomorrow nights dinner is going to be lasaggna!  hmmm......

I weighed myselfn today and it said 172.4... thts a 2 pound gain from monday... m thinking this cant be right.

last night I had spaghetti and some chicken and bread and stuff.. i wonder if meal last night is just weighing me down... anyways im going to try and drink as much water as i can and then re-weigh tomorrow.

unfortunately i cant drink to much because i have to take that exam tonight and i cant leave the room!

Breakfast- Nonfat, sugar free grande vanilla latte 130

Oat meal

Lunch- Subway sandwich

Smart pop popcorn 

Total calories so far---- 809

Before exam- rice cake with pb and some fruit to get the brain working.

Maybe another coffee from starbucks. I really need to be alert for this exam. Very important and i do not have to retake it.

Im sure ill have something to eat when i get home. dont want to eat to much before the exam tho. Just enough protein to get the mind working. :)

Tomorrow is the day i decided i was going to weigh in..............

last time was monday.. maybe this isnt enough time but im curious to see whats going on. Last night i was actually huingry---- maybe the sushi sparked something--- anyways... when i am hungry today im going to try and eat this-

Orange and oatmeal for breakfast

Smart one or rice cake and pb for lunch

dinner is going to prob be some healthy version of chicken parm with some pasta made at home....

wheat thins, pretzels and pudding if snack are needed.

Tomorrow i take one of my big teacher certification exams! wish me luck!!

My apetite has yet to return!

I went to my favorite sushi place and i had a vegetable spring roll--- not too bad and one cucumber roll. that was it.  not to bad i guess.  it tastes good but not as great as usual. i think its the whole no apetite thing.  I used to be ravenous hungry now im reminding myself to eat.... so weird.

 

i feel a little hunger so i may heat up some of my steamed chicken in the fridge.  crossing my fingers for 169 on friday. even if its 169.9 lol.  dying to weigh myself but im trying to space it so im not disappointed by slight gains.  

Anyways-- off from grad school til january yay!! need to watch my eating while on vacation. bringing this comp with me so i can check in and stay focused.  i think ill bring a workout dvd aswell.
