So ive always told myself that i want to like my weight anytime of the day.  So iweighed myself tonight and i was 170.5.  Im hoping by next week ill be liking my night time weight :)  a mini goal!

liking my weight is something that i've started to get better at also.  something that helps me is looking at the bigger picture instead of analyzing every little thing.  so, take account of how you feel and also the exercises your doing, which help boost health and mood.  that always helps me to look past the little negatives that may get me discouraged.  stay positive!!
