I have hit another dreaded plateau..... since February I've struggled to stay under 150. My weight has been fluctuating around 149-153 mark. And it sucks!!
So... to try break it, I'm going to...
1) Make sure I drink a lot more water
2) Log calories, and stick to 1500 per day
3) No eating after 7pm
4) Incorporate more cardio per day
Hopefully if I stick to this, it will break the plateau. Since I've been doing mainly strength training recently, I was wondering if maybe I am building muscle, and thats why I am finding it hard to drop the pounds. So I think it is time to really focus on my eating rather than exercise.
On the upside, I can offically say I'm a size 6 ......AMAZING, I'm so happy about it.
Hopefully my next post will be a happier one, because this is getting very frustrating.

Holy shit!!!
I wasnt gonna weigh myself today, coz i felt a bit heavier than usual, and was worried what i might see on the scale.
THANK GOD i did though..... 149.2! YESSS!!! WOW i simply cant believe it. its amazing. just as i start to think maybe im not going to be able to achieve my weigh loss goals, i get this amazing boost. I know I'm on the right track and will keep going.

Stepped on the scale today and saw 150 for the first time !!!! I'm utterly thrilled. I know I will bounce back up over the next few days, but I also know that this is such amazing progress in my weight loss. 15lbs down (since i started paying attention) as of today !!!! Only 10 more to go!!

Wow.... saw 154.6 on the scale the other day and actually did a happy dance! This week I only worked out 3 times, so i dont want to relax now the weight is finally starting to come off!!! I can't believe my next post I will be in the 140s!!!!
I think after 8 months of exercise and eating well my metabolism is finally starting to speed up, and I definitely don't want to lose sight of my goal now I've got this far!

Very excited----saw 159 and even 158 on the scale the other day!!!!! how amazing!! i only hope i can keep this going, i really think i can. hopefully my next post will be breaking into the 140s although, i think 155 would warrant a post aswell :)
Could the plateau be over?!?!?! after 5 months!

Joined curves today... got all measured and probed and what not. On a 30 day fitness trial thing, so hopefully will do me good!
