I have hit another dreaded plateau..... since February I've struggled to stay under 150. My weight has been fluctuating around 149-153 mark. And it sucks!!
So... to try break it, I'm going to...
1) Make sure I drink a lot more water
2) Log calories, and stick to 1500 per day
3) No eating after 7pm
4) Incorporate more cardio per day
Hopefully if I stick to this, it will break the plateau. Since I've been doing mainly strength training recently, I was wondering if maybe I am building muscle, and thats why I am finding it hard to drop the pounds. So I think it is time to really focus on my eating rather than exercise.
On the upside, I can offically say I'm a size 6 ......AMAZING, I'm so happy about it.
Hopefully my next post will be a happier one, because this is getting very frustrating.
