i can tell I've gained some weight. Ryan's so sweet for still being nice and loving towards me. Halloween really blew it with chocolate, chinese food, ect. ect.
I think one of my problems is I don't drink enough water like I should.
=Dehydration=bloated
another thing is I should really stop eating after 7pm and really persist in going to the gym before school.
I went this morning and I feel that much better. So happy me.
I just blew it on eating the oats and honey. Didn't realize they have 180 calories. Its from all the flour and sugar in them. :( oh well.
