Entry Atkins w/out Coke
Mar 23 2009 09:56

Well I'm doing Atkins again. I'm tired of counting points and fat and the C work. Now I'm back on Atkins and I've stopped the Diet Coke. So far I'm eating less then I thought I would and have lost at least 5 pounds in the past 5 days...Kiss

Brain Reboot

Do all taps about 10 times each except last one

Tap your cheek right under your eye with two fingers
Tap your collar bone with two fingers
Tap your cheek right under your eye again
Tap outside side of hand and concentrate on whatever stress or boredom or whatever makes you want to eat when you’re not really hungry
Tap back of hand
Keep tapping as you close your eyes then open your eyes
Keep tapping as you rotate your eyes 360∞ to the right then back all the way around to the left
Keep tapping as you hum a tune for 5 seconds the count out loud from 1 to 5 then hum again.

Repeat as often as it takes to make yourself calm.
This may help you stop emotional eating

Lately I have been so hungy, I want to drink too but I'm not. Today I am going to eat my WW or LC dinners instead of snacks and see if that helps. If it takes 3 dinners to be satisfyed that is only 15 points and it is do-able. I'll let you know if it works.
