car failed the mot yesterday so did lots of walking! got on scales today and lost 1 & half pounds!!!! going to be doing lots of walking for next couple of months, but yesterday ate more calories than allowace..... so dont know if im eating enough calories with all the excercise??? anyway happy to be losing

feel much better today. wore a top which i had not worn for a while, and someone at work commented on the weight loss. i also can tell my 'spare tyre' is shrinking.
i need to look at foof that is lower in cals, as i dont think i have eaten that much but my cals for the day are gone!! maybe its cos im used to eating a greater amount!!

well, thought i was doing well until i got on the scales which indicated i had not lost one pound this week!! thought i had done ok with food intake and going to gym. I really need to up the stakes cos the holiday is in 11 weeks time!!! i joined this site this morning....first time i have ever done anything like this, but in the hope that i would encourage myself and perhaps share the journey with another person??
