Today I feel great!!!! was feeling a bit stressed, or maybe it was depressed this morning?? not sure. in any case, it doesnt matter! I checked my email, logged into CC and saw all the feed back and support from everyone! my GOD I love this site!! EVERYONE here is wonderful, so supportive. I AM SO GREATFUL FOR THAT~~~

Today I am doing good. I will continue to have a good day, I will walk....and control my portions...and NOT go over my calories!!!!  ;-)

Good for you! I'm so happy you are feeling better! BTW what part of P.R. are you from? I was born in Bayamon but raised here in FL since I was 4 yrs old but I still visit every other year.
