Entry wondering

The days are flying by.  One day I'm doing so good and the next I overeat!  I wish I knew why!  It seems that once I eat supper I continue eating until I go to bed.  What is up with that?

I've found the best breakfst for me is 2 eggs over easy cooked in olive oil with 2 pieces of nature's own light wheat with a little olive oil spread keeps me full until 2:00 pm.  Then I get hungry and don't want supper until 7:30 or so.  Now if I can find a supper that satisfies like that so I don't clean out the fridge before bed I'll do great!

You said it, finding something that satisfies you for dinner is key. Maybe inserting a snack before dinner could help. Just make sure you're getting enough variety of foods. Experiment around a little, and I'm sure you'll get over this hump. Keep up the good work! :)

Last few days have been hard, though I still managed to take the cat for her walk.  Today is the day I am going to stay on track!!
