*sigh*  new day.  I'm going shopping today too.  I'm still prom-dress-hunting.  wish me luck!  :)  lol.

I'm still a little disappointed about my weightloss because i've been doing all the right stuff!  UGH.  It's really frustrating.  maybe my body just likes where i am.  gr.  I want to start losing before the prom!  It would give me a total confidence boost.

I've decided that putting yogurt cups in the freezer for an hour and a half is the most AMAZING FRICKING THING EVA.  It's so good.  I highly recommend it.  :)

What have ya'll been doing?  I've been reading your journals but drop a line anyways!  What up guys?

I've been house shopping and procrastinating about school work. =)

I've never tried that yogurt thing either, but I usually just prefer to buy soy ice cream and eat a controlled portion. There is nothing like vegan brownie chunks mixed with chocolate ice cream. AH!!!

You mention weight, how about inches and stuff, any difference there?

i agree, frozen yogurt is delicious and low calorie! i also like to bake apples with splenda which is delicious for only like 100 or so calories... you should keep up with the yogurt! it's really good to eat when losing weight...it has to do with the live cultures and stuff in it........it helped me alot when i was losing weight from 120 to 100.............haha, but sadly, my mom won't let me eat anymore yogurt, knowing that it's a "diet" food.

light tuna, low fat cottage cheese are also great! especially the low fat cottage cheese...i practically lived off that and yogurt...and weight just flew off without any exercise.

well, i hope you're making progress and i hope you find the perfect dress! ^_^

thanks guys!  lol, i already live off yogurt, but i wanted to play around with different ways i could eat it!  lol.  :)  I hope you guys enjoy it!  Innit GREAT?!  lol, i have a lemon one in the freezer right now...

I came in at 116 today.  Maybe my scale is just TOTALLY off.  I can weigh myself with my hair wet and it won't make a difference.  And clothes only make a one pound difference.  I don't know.  I feel good because my stomach is slightly sore from crunches!  :)))

yogurt is great! I'm going to have homemade chicken soup pretty soon. good for you for doing crunches. Do you do them every day? I haven't done crunches in years - they make me a little dizzy. I never really got into strength training - maybe I should though?
