hey guys
I just wanted to say thankyou for the wonderful responses to my last post. This is really is starting to freak me out, especially with prom coming up. I was really close to giving up and sticking to a 700 cal diet but after i thought about it--that would be so hypocritical and stupid of me. I'm going to commit to a 1200-1300 cals a day if i'm sedentary. I'm not going to go below and screw with my metabolism even more. I'll do it the right way! :) thanks guys--it's all cause of you!!! *HUG*
Good for you!!! You'll be fine =) |
Its very tempting to want to throw all caution to the wind and starve yourself silly on 700cals a day!..well done on making a concious commitment on your daily cals. Stick it out and eventually your body will start to shed weight. Dont forget to zig zag! I read somewhere that it takes your body about three days to adjust to lower cals...so what this fitness guy was saying was that whats worked best with his clients was three days at lowered intake...then one day at a higher intake...like: 1200,1200,1200,1500...you dont have to go as high as five hundred if you're apprehensive. He was actually suggesting that onbe eats maintenance every three days!!!..Im thinking of trying it out. Will let you know if it works for me. |
don't give up! You have such a great presence - don't sell yourself short. You'll feel so much prouder of yourself if you lose weight the "hard" way than if you did it the quick and dirty way. You've got so much going for you, you're beautiful and kind and smart. You'll look great at the prom at whatever your weight! |
omg, thanks guys! You just made my day! |
