Wow! I've never written in here before.
Well.. I'm back to this site again... I had a GREAT christmas and stuffed my face full of whatever I wanted and now.. summer is inchin its way back into my life and I have to start focusing on what I'm eating again.
I've always been a healthy person and hardly ever eat badly, however, I want to be in the best shape of my life this summer! So it's starts here...

Hey Shizzy, Summer will be here before you know it! My first goal is 8lbs away. I already got rid of 12lbs. I am hoping 190lbs will have my abs popping pretty good. Best of luck to you! Phil |
