hmmm... another weekend at work. It's a catch 22 for me. I work two 12 hr shifts so I really don't feel like exercising on top of working. If I were to do it before my 6am shift started, I would need to be up like at 3am. That's nuts. And after 12 hours of patient care, I just don't have it in me to walk for thirty minutes or lift some weights. So, I don't work out on the days I work.
But, I don't eat that much at work either. I don't have time. As long as I don't visit the coffee shop for a high cal coffee treat; I do pretty well on the calorie intake. And I do walk a lot (at least half of my 12 hours are spent walking) at moderate-to-brisk pace.
With all of this in consideration, I hope the 'no exercise weekends' balance out.
